Prices shown on the website are inclusive of GST. Prices displayed on the site are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD). Descriptions, specifications, colours and pricing are subject to change at any time and without any notice.
Payment can be made with credit card or Paypal via the website.
All orders are dispatched from our South Australian warehouse, via Australia Post.
We offer Free Parcel Post Shipping for all orders over $100 AUD.
For orders under $100 AUD the freight cost will be calculated on the website upon checkout.

Delivery and time frames will be determined at the time an order is placed. Delivery and time frames may change at any time subject to availability of products in stock, promotional periods, weather events, or other Australia Post delivery issues. If products ordered are temporarily unavailable, you will be contacted to be advised of the delay.
You will receive an automated email confirmation after your online order has been submitted. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a second automated email with the order tracking number.
If your new item is not quite right we have the following return options available:
Full price items:
Refund / Exchange / Online Credit
The shipping cost to return an item is payable by the customer.
Items that are on sale (reduced / marked down from their original price) are yours to keep and cannot be refunded unless deemed faulty by our team.
The below items are NOT eligible for a return, exchange or refund:
- Gift cards
- Any Sale or marked down item purchased or as part of any other sale event including flash sales like Black Friday or Boxing Day and warehouse sales
- Any item purchased from a The Eighth Letter independent stockist, please contact the store directly if you wish to return.
- Any item that has been used, worn or not in original condition with tags intact
- Any items damaged due to unreasonable wear and tear
Your return is initiated within 14 days of placing your order (please contact The Eighth Letter via email email@example.com).
Return authorisation has been approved via email.
Your return is sent back within 7 days of being approved.
Item/s are in original condition (unworn and unwashed with all tags attached).
The shipping cost to return item is payable by the customer.

You will receive an email notification once your return is received and processed. Online Credits and Refunds are issued within 10 business days of receipt of the return.
If there is an issue or fault with your Eighth Letter item, the team will endeavour to repair it or a replacement or refund will be offered.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and details of the issue and The Eighth Letter team will contact you to resolve.
Handmade / Natural products
A selection of The Eighth Letter products are hand made and or made from natural materials such as real leather, hide, raffia etc. There may be slight differences in colour, texture & characteristics due to this nature, the buyer accepts this when the order is placed. It will not be considered a fault and therefore no credit, refund or exchange will be issued.
